How to order wedding favors

Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at customerservice(at)weddingsandfavors(dot)com or use the Contact Us link from the home page WEDDINGS AND FAVORS.
Guarantee/Returns
Rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the wedding favors.
If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@weddingsandfavors.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Please note we will not reimburse return shipping costs unless we shipped you the incorrect items.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Shipping
Weddings & Favors uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. We do NOT ship outside the U.S.A.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please email us at customerservice(at)weddingsandfavors(dot)com to discuss special arrangements or just click on the Contact Us link at the homepage.
Personalised Tag delivery
Personalised tags are typically shipped via USPS. These tags are shipped seperately from your order and may take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.
No Minimum Order Requirement!
Weddings & Favors has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a sample any time. You will pay the sample price, the sales tax, if any, and the shipping charge for the sample.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Arizona. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Wedding & Favors, please email us at customerservice(at)weddingsandfavors(dot)com. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
